Grill and Pizza - Firestone

Firestone Grill is a company that deals with pizza, seafood, burgers, and salad. They have four restaurants in California, two in Los Angeles, one each in San Diego and San Miguel. All of their food is prepared using traditional Indian methods and recipes. They are certified by the Islamic Food and Nutrition Council (IFANCA) and are known to use traditional Indian ingredients.

The restaurant that started out in Orange County, has since then expanded into several other locations. It began in California with only one pizza oven, which was opened in January, 2021. The company also owns entities at Westside Market, Nirvana in West Hollywood, and Nirvana Eats in West Hollywood. Nirvana Eats serves their own take on the Southwestern cuisine with dishes like Nachos, shrimp and grits. The menu has expanded to cater to the tastes of pork lovers. The brick oven pizza has also won multiple awards, including three golden stars. In 1998, the company bought an old gas station property and transformed it into a seven hundred and fifty seat restaurant with ceilings thirteen feet high and with two hundred feet of bowling alleys. The entity name was changed to Firestone due to the trademarked name "Firestone".
